You can customize the rate at which your connected inbox performs warm-up activities using Revli. Below are the definitions for each of the sending schedule terms.

Starting Baseline: The starting number of emails we should send on day one.

Increase Per Day: The number of additional emails we will send per day until we reach the maximum.

Max Emails/Day: The maximum number of emails we will send per day.

Reply Rate Percentage: The percentage of warm-up emails we will automatically reply to each day. This does not impact your prospect's ability to respond to non-warm-up emails. These are additional emails added on top of the maximum email rate per day.

If you start warming up a brand-new email address on the platform, the recommended sending frequency to safely and reliably warm up a new domain to a steady daily send rate is outlined below.

Starting Baseline: 5

Increase Per Day: 2

Max Sends Per Day: 40

Reply Rate: 30%

We recommend that you stick to this rate when you're just getting started, as it's always safer to gradually increase your email activity rather than sending a large volume of emails all at once.

For inboxes already engaging in outreach or consistent email activity, it is safe to adjust the Starting Baseline to a higher value upon initial connection to Revli.
