To add a Microsoft 365 DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) record to your domain provider, you will need to do the following:

  1. Click on the name (not the checkbox) of the domain you want to add the DKIM record for.

  2. Click 'Create DKIM Keys"

  3. Two CNAME records will be displayed. Copy the records, including the "Host" and "Value" fields.

Next, you will need to add the DKIM record to your domain provider:

  1. Sign in to your account with your domain provider.

  2. Find the section where you can manage DNS (Domain Name System) records for your domain. This may be in the "Domains" or "DNS" section of your account.

  3. Add both DKIM records using the "Host" and "Value" fields from the Microsoft 365. The record type should be set to "CNAME"

  4. Save the DKIM records. It may take some time for the record to become active, as DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate.

  5. Once the DKIM records are added to your domain provider, you can return to the Microsoft 365 Admin center and toggle "Disabled" to "Enabled" to complete the setup.

This will allow Microsoft 365 to start signing outgoing messages from your domain with the DKIM record, which can improve the deliverability of your emails and help protect against spam and phishing.
